The first ITP20 in this format we should get this afternoon from Alstom 
( 1120). I kindly ask all the 3 teams following up the contracts to 
check that the travellers are completed and in its right format placed 
in MTF before the magnet arrives to CERN. If MTF is working correctly 
the Alstom team + Rocio+ Elena should be informed by mail when the 
files are in the MTF as is happening already for the ITP15.

In MTF for the ITP 15 we should find .xls file , that contains the x, 
y, z co-ordinates of the two cold bore tube axes, that is going to be 
uploaded into the DataBase and a folder containing the grapfs that show 
the shape of tghe magnet with respect to the tolerances. The folder 
contains files with extension. jpeg. This is for a better and faster 
understanding of the shape or of the shape related problems. For any 
analysis please use the DataBase Viewer directly. ( ex. 1121)
