General:

Before intervention by "second person" on software the "second" should give information to the responsible (mail). For the holding point there is half a day of delay admitted. Put E. Wildner in copy. The "second" person should be informed if you plan absence and make sure this person is capable of helping you if needed (transfer of info about software).

The tracing of the blocking situation to be filled in Dipole geometry database by Jerome.

Spools have to be calculated from end cover data, to be added to dipole database (Jerome).

Jerome will make a copy of database with shifts included (for SSS and Dipole).

Elena will give info about "special treatment at itp20", preshaping for spool piece positioning.

We decided to leave the spool piece calculation based on itp20 data. This is slightly wrong (0.02 mm rms) due to shape changes between itp15 and itp20. A good general algorithm would be difficult to make.

A program including Marco's model in the data base will be made by Natalia (interconnectivity effects).

For the filling of the collars database Lucio should state if we need to fill not only A-type collars but also B and C.
