Change in statistical adjustment of dipole (Zhengwei, slides and Marta, slides):

The spool piece position in the traveler for ITP20 does not correspond to the values at ITP20 but to a situation at an earlier assembly step (last ITP15 measurement). This assembly step has been entered into the data base for analysis (Zhgengwei with the help of Marta for data retrieval and certification).  We will have an additional contribution to the final spool piece position at ITP20 which we have to add to the values in the traveler.

This may affect the statistcal adjustment procedure at WP08 and we quickly have to take action.
