It opens the actual measurement spreadsheet. It is using one of the config files: UploadWMF_CC.txt UploadWMF_CM.txt If the measurement is not "final", the original measurement is deleted manually from the Oracle database, changing the file extension of the actual analysis file, and then reloading it into Oracle again. The spreadsheet to upload quadrupoles is currently in test. It will eventually replace the UploadWMF.xls spreadsheet.
