As far as we can remember, 3 Alstom magnets have been de-collared:
- 1005: lack of performance. 1 pole dismantled, magnet has not been
re-assembled yet
- 1027: missing shim on outer layer.
- 1045: damaged omega and short-circuit to ground of QH

The last two magnets have been delivered at CERN already (1045 last
week). We don't think there are other magnets de-collared, but in order
to be 100% sure, we need to ask Alstom for confirmation.
